A 'quiet' affair: as Site Manager Ah Heng and I watched on, the Rockmaster man expertly manoeuvred the mighty Rockmaster hand to tear down the old structure in 40 minutes flat!

23 August 2006: the start of a dream come true
A very momentous birthday for me: after 3 years of planning, we have finally started work on building Saffyireis 2611! Targeted completion date is 1 May 2007.

Groundbreaking ceremony with my architects Fooks and TC, Operations Director PK and Site Manager Ah Heng (who supplied very loud firecrackers). The old house stands in a semi-jungle.
